Good nappies, slow support

I purchased a couple of their Swim Nappies and a Double Pocket Wet Bag. The quality of the swim nappies is really good, they fit well and held up during our beach trip. The wet bag is also very useful for keeping everything separate. My only small issue was with customer service. I had a question about sizing and it took almost three days to get a reply, which felt a bit long. Otherwise, the order arrived in 6 days which was fine, and the products themselves are solid value.
